Hello Deb, you really have a point here. Yahoo should always upgrade their products based on customer experience. The slow loading new YM has been an issue for years now and it seems that Yahoo is not hearing the cry of its web mail users.

From the survey above, there are more than 40 persons who dislike the new Yahoo Mail and wanted to go back to the classic yahoo version. Indeed, we now get a non user friendly interface when trying to access yahoo mail using a standard mobile browser. When trying to switch back to Yahoo classic mail, it properly switches back but when refreshing or clicking a random functionality, it again swichtes back to the new interface which is extremely slow and not well calibrated.
